Aleah Chapin
Nascida em 1986, Aleah Chapin cresceu em uma ilha ao norte de Seattle, Washington. Ela recebeu seu BFA da Cornish College of the Arts em 2009 e seu MFA da New York Academy of Art em 2012. Aleah frequentou residências no Leipzig International Art Program na Alemanha e MacDowell em New Hampshire. As exposições incluíram a Exposição por Convite de Artes Visuais de 2016, Academia Americana de Artes e Letras, Nova York; The Ingram Collection: Bodies, Woking, Reino Unido e uma exposição individual, Walking Backwards at Flowers Gallery, Hong Kong. Ela recebeu o Willard L. Metcalf Award in Art da American Academy of Arts and Letters, o Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation Grant, uma bolsa de pós-graduação da New York Academy of Art e ganhou o BP Portrait Award no National Portrait Galeria em Londres em 2012.
